In the past few months I’ve gone through two Garmin Forerunner 220’s, and in both cases the bundled soft strap HRM began to fail in the same peculiar way after about a month (roughly 24 uses). It’s driving me bonkers! All - Had the same issue where my Garmin HRM-DUAL was working fine for months and then mysteriously stopped presenting the BPM # on the device (ZWIFT, WAHOO, etc…). Did everything folks are sharing and the only solution is to reset the device to factory settings (iphone/ipad/etc.) and start from scratch - yes, reinstall ALL your apps. It has worked for a couple of rides, then died, then worked with issues (like a dip to 0 every 5 minutes or so) and then stopped working again. It connects but no signal.
